  1. When will I receive my order?
 2. What happens if I entered my address incorrectly?
  • Immediately contact us (info@gyannibrand.com) to provide the correct address. If the order has not shipped, we will correct the address. We are not responsible for orders that have already shipped to the address provided by the customer.
 3. Can I exchange or return an item?
 4. What if I never received my items?    
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the the address entered on an order. If an item was lost or stolen it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
 5. Do the t-shirts and hoodies run true to size?
  • All t-shirts and hoodies are unisex and run true to size unless otherwise stated in the item description.
  • If your size is not available under a particular tab, look on the Unisex, Men or Women tab for additional sizes.
6.  How do I maintain the quality of my GYANNI apparel?           
  • Dry cleaning recommended.
  • If you choose to machine wash:
    • Machine wash garments inside out in cold water using the gentle cycle.
    • Lay flat or hang to air dry.
    • If using a dryer, dry on low heat setting.
