- For exchanges contact customer service via email at (info@GYANNIbrand.com) within 48 hours of receipt to inform us of your concern. In order for items to be considered for an exchange, the items must be new and un-worn with hangtag and label attached. You will be responsible for items returned due to defect or damage that occurred after you received the items. Items will be thoroughly inspected and you will be notified within 5 business days of receipt if you are eligible for an exchange. Do not return items prior to being notified if you are eligible for an exchange.
